Our team is handpicked through detailed interviews and extensive training. We pair each client with a dedicated agent and a service supervisor to monitor and improve service quality continuously. Furthermore, we don't onboard new clients unless we have capacity for it.

How does Caliber8 Digital use AI in its processes?

Our Agents take various Workshops and courses to improve their Tech-savviness & we train them to use AI as an assistant to enhance work speed and efficiency. However, we ensure that all work-related data remains private and secure, using AI only with your approval & without sharing sensitive data.

What happens if my dedicated agent is unavailable?

Our agent and supervisor system ensures that there is always a backup. If your dedicated agent is unavailable, the supervisor will provide cover or arrange for another team member to step in, minimizing any downtime.
